We can advise you on venue choices/ locations and recommend reliable local suppliers that we have worked alongside for over 15 years, so you can be reassured you are always in good hands.

On the Day

Co-ordination

We can provide you with an ‘on the day’ co-ordination service only,  which would see us liaise with all your suppliers prior to the day so we understand the timings and arrangements for the day, and on the day itself, be there to make sure everything runs smoothly for you, keeping in touch with all other suppliers so we all work together as a team, which will ensure that the day runs seamlessly for you.

Full Management

Alternatively, if you wished to employ our management services from the beginning and totally liaise with suppliers and yourselves from the outset, and help with all arrangements, we are more than happy to provide you with this totally dedicated and bespoke service.

 

 

Corporate Events

For corporate events we are totally at your disposal.    We can work with you from the outset in planning an event, liaising with your clients and venue, providing any conference facilities,  AV or  PA sytems for you, as well as any entertainment that maybe required.

We are proud to have worked alongside some longstanding clients over the years, and we have a wealth of experience and knowledge within our local area.

Do not book a DJ simply because he is low priced.  It has been quoted many times that a good DJ is the one thing that can really make or break your night.  When arranging a Wedding, the DJ is usually one of the less expensive things on the list.  Hiring the right DJ will probably turn out to be one of the most important decisions you make for the day and give you the best memories for all the right reasons.

From Our Clients

We were unaware of what entertainment we were allowed to have due to the Covid 19 restrictions placed upon weddings.  We were given two weeks to sort out live music – Perfect Party Cornwall absolutely rose to the occasion.  Karen gave us plenty of options of packages and prices upfront; she sorted everything out with the venue to give us one less thing to worry about.  We couldn’t be more thankful to them for saving our reception!  The casino tables were a huge hit… along with Craig, the magnificent magician who certainly had the kids mesmerised!  

Perfect Party Cornwall were professional, personable and efficient in their communication.  By the end of the evening, we felt Karen was an old friend!
Thanks again Karen – we really did appreciate all of the behind the scenes stuff you sorted; it saved us some stress 🙂

Just to say a massive thank you to Karen at Perfect Party Cornwall for being absolutely brilliant from start to finish with arranging the music at our wedding! You were so helpful – even with our unusual request of wanting a steel pannist! You managed to find one and he was fantastic!! I just wanted to drop you a line to say that this Friday will be the last working day for staff at GE Money in Truro.

I wanted to say a huge thank you for all your guidance and support when organising our fabulous parties and helping us create some wonderful memories! Your ability to understand what we’ve been looking for with my limited and risqué descriptions (especially when wanting some buff waiters) has been fantastic and whatever the future holds for me I will certainly keep you in mind for any party planning.

Just to say a big thank you for your help with last Sunday…as you probably recall we had some rain but it soon cleared and we had a fantastic day…Geoff was incredible, Garry was superb, Mike did a brilliant job and the caterers were fantastic…Al Marconi did excellently as well….

The red carpet was a fab idea and went down really well…everyone enjoyed the day which didn’t end until midnight….

Aure and I just wanted to say a really big thank you to you and the band.  They were fantastic and really got everyone going and there interaction with our guests was fantastic. Everyone really enjoyed themselves and they made the evening so special and so much fun for our guests.
